Job Overview We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Yorkshire law firm for an experienced claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their award-winning Clinical Negligence team.
This role offers location flexibility across Yorkshire, with the option to work from multiple office locations including Leeds, York, Bradford, and Wakefield. Hybrid and flexible working options are available.

Key Responsibilities * Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters

* Running files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial

* Handling multi-track claims, including high-value and complex litigation

* Drafting legal documents, statements and pleadings

* Instructing counsel, medical experts and other professionals

* Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy when required

* Delivering exceptional client care and communication

* Supporting business development and team growth

Candidate Requirements * Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)

* 2 - 6 years PQE in claimant clinical negligence

* Proven experience running your own clinical negligence caseload

* Strong litigation, drafting and negotiation skills

* Excellent client care and interpersonal abilities

* Ability to manage workload, deadlines and competing priorities

* APIL accreditation desirable but not essential
