Full-Time
Salary: M1 (Outer London)
Are you a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a full-time position starting in September? We have multiple ECT opportunities across primary schools in East London. As an ECT, you will join supportive school teams with a choice of year groups, helping pupils thrive in their learning and development.
As an ECT in East London you will be supported through induction and professional development.
About the role/school
These schools are seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to work collaboratively with staff and families to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences. The ECT will benefit from strong leadership and mentoring.
Job Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons as an ECT
* Assess and track pupil progress
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
* Work with colleagues to develop effective teaching practices
Qualifications/Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience from training year or previous placements desirable
* Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
* Right to work in the UK
