ARM are supporting a global leader within the infrastructure industry to recruit a Project Planning Engineer.
Contract running until the end of the year.
£520 per day Umbrella - Inside IR35.
The Planning Engineer will support project delivery from tender stage through to completion. You’ll develop and manage fully resourced programmes, influence bid strategies, monitor performance, and provide critical path and risk analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning and maintaining logically linked, fully resourced project programmes.

* Produce tender programmes and planning strategies.

* Monitor contract performance and provide progress/KPI reporting.

* Conduct critical path analysis, change impact assessments, and mitigation planning.

* Collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial teams, Engineers, and Clients to drive outcomes.

* Support junior planners.

Requirements * Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.

* Proven planning experience on infrastructure or energy projects.

* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.

* Strong understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and earned value principles.

* Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
