The Residential Property Solicitor will be:
* Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
* Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Dealing with remortgages and associated transactions
* Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the process
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
** Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the firm
