Role: Senior Administrator
Location: Caterham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £28,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join a small but growing organisation based in Caterham.
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting sales, administration, and compliance activity, with responsibility for overseeing workflows and supporting a busy admin function within a close-knit team.

The Requirements:
*Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
*Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
*Motor industry experience (desirable)
*Confident handling high volumes of work and competing priorities
*Strong communication skills
*Experience supervising or supporting admin teams (desirable)
The Role:
*Processing customer finance contracts in line with FCA guidelines
*Supporting the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer documentation
*Coordinating vehicle deliveries with customers and dealers
*Managing customer queries and complaints
*Maintaining and updating CRM systems
*Organising and overseeing daily admin department activities
*Supervising the admin team and managing workflows
*Handling incoming calls and emails
*Liaising with suppliers to track order progress
*Recording sales and order information
*Ensuring compliance policies are followed daily
