Our client, a large international law firm, is seeking a professional, polished, and highly personable Receptionist to join their London office on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a corporate, client-facing environment where first impressions are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
*Delivering a 5-star welcome to clients and visitors, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times
*Liaising with the main building reception team regarding expected visitors
*Conducting daily meeting room checks to ensure presentation standards are maintained
*Inspecting common areas and reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department
*Managing taxi bookings and external reservations as required
*Coordinating and booking meeting rooms
*Answering and screening incoming calls, directing them appropriately
*Managing the reception inbox efficiently
*Updating and distributing the internal phone list
*Overseeing visitor management, including room requests, transport arrangements, and dinner reservations
*Issuing security passes in line with company procedures
*Regularly updating the reception manual
*Providing ad hoc cover for the hospitality team when required
About You:
*Professional, articulate, and immaculately presented
*Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach
*Able to start immediately
