Main Purpose of the Role
*You will conduct comprehensive property inspections, benefit from an upskill programme including LRAs and mid-term inspections, and demonstrate excellent customer service, flexibility, and organisational skills.
*Daily responsibilities include producing detailed reports, using our in-house systems to manage your workload efficiently, and developing strong client relationships. You will take part in regular feedback sessions, deliver a range of inventory services, and engage in ongoing professional development. You will also work to daily volume and quality targets and ensure timely submission of all work.


Key Responsibilities
*Undertake inventory-related property assessments using field-based software, including Inventories, Property Audits, Property Viewings, Check-ins, and Checkouts
*Undertake independent Energy Audits
*Deliver comprehensive, accurate, same-day reports on a right-first-time basis, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client SLAs
*Meet daily targets relating to work volumes and quality
*Use in-house IT systems to complete assessments and manage workflow
*Attend training sessions as required
*Embrace the core values of the business
*Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting and client interactions

*Experienced Inventory Clerk
*Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle at all times, and appropriate business-use insurance
*Flexibility and adaptability to deliver a diverse range of products
*Willingness to embrace new products and processes in a changing business
*Ability to self-motivate and work independently
*Excellent organisational skills
*Strong IT skills
