This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a leading organisation within the Technology industry. The role, based in Basingstoke, focuses on providing financial planning and control expertise within the Accounting & Finance department.

*Provide comprehensive financial planning and control support to the business units.
*Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
*Monitor financial performance and provide insights to drive business performance.
*Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management.
*Support the Accounting & Finance team with key projects and initiatives.
*Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Profile
A successful Finance business Partner should have:
*Proven expertise in financial planning and control within the Tech industry.
*Experience partnering with Sales and Commercial Heads
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
