MMM Marketing Manager (CONTRACT)
£650 per day (Inside IR35)
Initial 3 Month Contract
London - based

This is an opportunity to lead a high impact marketing and analytics programme for a global digital brand. You will take ownership of marketing mix modelling, partner with senior stakeholders, and turn complex data into clear recommendations that shape major media and commercial decisions.
The Role and Deliverables
*Lead the marketing and analytics workstream, setting the strategy for marketing mix modelling and related effectiveness measurement.
*Own the design, implementation, and refinement of MMM approaches that quantify the impact of media and other key growth drivers.
*Use SQL to build robust datasets and pipelines that feed modelling, reporting, and stakeholder-ready insight.
*Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior marketing, commercial, and finance stakeholders.
*Partner closely with media, performance marketing, and marketplace teams to inform channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign strategy.
*Deliver concise dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks that can be used beyond the life of the contract to guide future investment decisions.
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong experience leading marketing analytics or marketing science initiatives, ideally in a Head of or Lead capacity.
*Deep practical expertise in marketing mix modelling, with a track record of designing, running, and interpreting MMM in a commercial setting.
*Confident SQL skills, able to extract, manipulate, and quality check large data sets from complex data environments.
*Proven experience working with media data across both brand and performance channels, and applying analytics to inform media strategy.
*Background in digital or two sided marketplace businesses, or similar complex multi-channel environments.
*Comfortable engaging and challenging senior stakeholders, communicating complex analytical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
*Collaborative working style, able to partner effectively with marketing, data, product, and finance teams to drive outcomes.
