We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support our operational team responsible for managing the gas distribution network. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly through effective planning support, accurate reporting, and efficient document management, helping ensure the smooth delivery of essential services to our customers and communities.

Planning & Coordination
*Assist in scheduling and coordinating operational activities, meetings, and team resources.
*Maintain and update plans, permits, and documents using available systems and processes.
Reporting & Data Assurance
*Compile and validate operational data for internal reports and performance dashboards.
*Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems and documentation.
Document Management
*Prepare, print, and collate documents for operational use, including work packs and compliance records.
*Organise and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) in line with company standards.
Administrative Support
*Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as correspondence, record keeping, and procurement of office supplies.
*Support the team with ad-hoc requests related to operational activities.
What you will need
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within utilities or operational environments.
*Knowledge of gas distribution operations is desirable but not essential.
