We are working with a successful, national organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on fixed term basis for a period of 6 months. The position will play an integral part in supporting in the achievement of HR strategies and business objectives.
Reporting to the Head of HR, main accountabilities include:
*Take an active role in the delivery of a proactive customer focussed HR service across your business directorate.
*Proactively business partner and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
*Contribute to the strategic HR direction and support to stakeholders and employees to maximise overall employee contribution to the achievement of business objectives.
*Work closely with the wider HR team including Talent and Learning and Development to co-develop hi-potential succession plans.
*Manage complex Employee Relations cases.
*Provide coaching and guidance to the HR Advisory team in the management of Employee Relations.
*Drive a positive and proactive culture across the employee group to ensure the organisation achieves and sustains a great place to work.
*Review, analyse and utilise key HR metrics and data to drive strategic decision making across all People related activities.
*Support business change and organisational design.
*Keep up to date with relevant market insights and trends to ensure the organisation remains a market-leader.
The successful candidate will:

*Be imminently or immediately available and able to commit to a 6 month fixed term contract.
The role will be based from Newcastle and offers full hybrid working.
