Job Description:
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Concierge to work at a luxury residential apartment development in Ilford.
Position: Concierge
Salary: £30-32,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Job type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Ilford
Key Responsibilities:
*You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk.
*Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
*Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
*Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
*Assisting residents with day to day queries.
*Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
*Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
*Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
*Issuing building fobs and parking permits.
Previous experience working in high-end residential buildings or hotels is required.
