A highly respected, long-established Prime Central London estate agency is seeking a confident and organised Property Manager to join its office located in prime central London.

This is an opportunity to join a boutique, service-driven business with an excellent reputation across Chelsea and the surrounding areas. Known for delivering a personalised, high-touch service to landlords and tenants, the company manages a strong portfolio of quality residential properties and prides itself on professionalism, standards and long-term client relationships.
The Role You will take responsibility for a well-structured portfolio of fully managed properties and non-managed, working within a supportive team across Lettings & Property Management.

Your responsibilities will include:
*Day-to-day management of residential properties
*Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
*Overseeing maintenance and compliance
*Managing renewals and tenancy matters
*Ensuring exceptional customer service standards
This is a fast-paced, office-based role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on and fully involved in their portfolio.

Package *Salary up to £42,000
*Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (no hybrid)
*26 days annual leave + bank holidays
*Office closed between Christmas & New Year (in addition to annual leave)
