*Leading and motivating a large team of associates to success

*Driving company targets and KPI’s including average basket value, units and conversion
*Accountable for results, take pride and ownership of store standards and operations
*Budget and payroll management
*Coaching and development of all associates
*Recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new associates
Store Manager Experience:
*Experience working at pace within Store Manager position in a retail or hospitality background
*Energetic and upbeat personality
*Managing a large tem and turnover
*Experienced driving KPI’s and store data
The ideal candidate will have experience within a fast paced retail or hospitality background within Store Management.
