Sales Support Executive – Tailor-Made UK & Ireland Travel
Location: Central Glasgow
Salary: Up to £24,500
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team in a key Sales Support position. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in the travel industry, or someone keen to move into a rewarding customer-facing role.
As the first point of contact, you will handle inbound enquiries from potential travellers, accurately capture information, answer initial questions, and ensure smooth handover to the travel sales team. You’ll play a vital part in creating excellent first impressions and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
*Gather and record accurate information to help shape initial travel enquiries
*Provide warm, professional, and informative responses to customers
*Liaise closely with travel advisors to pass on enquiries efficiently
*Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
*Support general administrative tasks within the sales function
*Develop knowledge of UK & Ireland travel products, destinations, and experiences
Skills & Experience
*Fluent or native English speaker
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
*Strong organisational ability and comfort handling multiple tasks
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Customer-service focused with a personable, engaging approach
*Confident using technology and internal systems
*Good knowledge of Scotland’s geography, with bonus points for Ireland and the wider UK
*A belief in the value and quality of UK & Ireland holidays

*Office-based role in central Glasgow
*Opportunity to participate in a 24/7 duty rota once experienced, supporting travellers during their holidays
