A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Print Finisher to join our client’s busy production environment. This role involves finishing, checking and packing printed products to a high standard and working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities *Operate a range of print finishing equipment (e.g. guillotines, folders, stitching lines, laminators)
*Follow standard operating procedures to achieve high-quality output
*Check work regularly throughout the finishing process
*Maintain productivity in line with team KPIs
*Keep accurate records of work completed
*Carry out daily safety checks and ensure machinery is kept clean and safe
*Report any breakdowns or faults promptly
*Support packing, despatch and other production areas when needed
*Follow all quality, health & safety and environmental procedures (ISO standards)
*Monitor stock levels of materials and report shortages
*Attend daily stand-ups and team meetings
What We’re Looking For *Experience in a similar production or print finishing role (desirable)
*Enthusiastic, reliable and a strong team player
*Ability to stay calm under pressure
*Good communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
*Desire to work efficiently and resolve issues quickly
