Sales Lister
Frinton-on-Sea
Salary: Competitive - depending on experience
About the CompanyOur client is a well-established, family-run estate and letting agency with a strong reputation across Essex and Suffolk. With decades of experience in the local property market, they are known for their professionalism, local expertise and high standards of customer service.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Lister to join their Frinton-on-Sea branch and help drive market share across the local tendering area.
The RoleThis is a key, revenue-generating position within the branch. You will be responsible for winning new instructions, building strong vendor relationships and converting valuations into successful listings.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Proactively generating valuation opportunities and new business
*Attending market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective vendors
*Advising clients on pricing strategies and marketing approaches
*Working closely with office negotiators to deliver a seamless client experience
*Monitoring pipeline performance to ensure timely sales progression
*Maintaining regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process
*Working towards agreed targets for listings, conversion rates and revenue
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening the branch’s presence locally and maintaining the company’s reputation for service excellence.

You will ideally have:
*Proven experience successfully listing residential properties for sale
*Previous sales or lettings listing experience
*Strong valuation and negotiation skills
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
*A proactive, self-motivated approach
*Strong organisational skills and high professional standards
*Good knowledge of the local area and property market
*A full UK driving licence
