Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Thursday: 7am to 3pm, Friday: 6am to 4pm

The RoleBespoke Career Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation at our client’s head office in Burntwood. This is a key role within the maintenance department, ensuring machinery runs efficiently and downtime is minimised through proactive and reactive maintenance support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment
*Ensuring optimised machinery output and product quality
*Responding efficiently to breakdowns to minimise production disruption
*Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
*Promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and good engineering practices
What We’re Looking For*Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical discipline)
*Proven experience within a manufacturing or production maintenance environment
*Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
*Knowledge of health and safety standards within an engineering setting
*Flexible, proactive, and driven to achieve operational excellence
