Are you a skilled CNC engineer looking to work on complex precision components? We are seeking a CNC Multi-Axis Machinist to join a supportive and innovative engineering team in Tewkesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with 3, 4, and 5-axis turning and mill/turn machinery, contributing to new product introductions and high-precision manufacturing projects.

Your role as a CNC Multi-Axis Machinist*Set, operate, and programme CNC Turning and Mill/Turn machines (3, 4, and 5 Axis)
*Programme milling and turning jobs using Fanuc, Mazatrol, or Hypermill
*Work to tight tolerances on complex components and challenging materials
*Use manual measuring equipment and interpret engineering drawings accurately
*Prove out jobs and maintain high standards of quality and safety
What we’re looking for*Engineering qualification (City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent)
*Experience with CNC turning/mill-turn machines and programming
*Understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling, and controls
*Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
*CMM inspection experience desirable
*Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude
