About the role

This role is to work within the firm’s highly ranked Commercial Property team in Leeds. You will be handling a varied caseload that includes strategic land development, finance, property acquisitions and disposals, and leasing transactions. The position is ideal for candidates who have completed a commercial property training seat or have some experience in this area and are eager to qualify into it. Working closely with experienced partners, you will gain invaluable exposure to high-profile clients, supporting the team on complex and high-impact matters. The Ideal Candidate

*Qualifying as a Solicitor in September this year with a focus or interest in Commercial Property.
*Of course, lawyers who are due to qualify at another point in 2026, or who have recently qualified, are also welcome to apply.
*Completed a commercial property training seat or gained relevant experience during your training contract and/or as a Paralegal.
*Enthusiastic about developing a career within a highly ranked, client-centric team.
*Possesses strong communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative approach.
*Is keen to work in a supportive environment that encourages growth, development, and long-term relationship building.
