The Role:
*Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
*Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, leasehold and freehold matters
*Maintain excellent client relationships, delivering a high standard of service
*Work within a supportive and well-structured team, with strong administrative and legal support
About You:
*An experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
*Strong technical knowledge and experience managing a busy caseload
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*A proactive and organised approach, with a keen eye for detail
