What You’ll Do:
*Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
*Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, including contract exchange, completion, and SDLT submissions
*Provide tailored legal advice with a meticulous eye for detail
*Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
*Contribute to business development and actively support the firm’s growth strategy
*Work efficiently using an electronic case management system, with flexibility for remote working
What We’re Looking For:
*A qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing
