Assembly Operative (Night Shift)

Hours:Monday - Thursday, 15:00 to 01:00am

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Assembly Operatives to join our growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hands-on, eager to learn, and looking to develop new skills within a manufacturing environment.
You will work across multiple departments, supporting the assembly of both large and small-scale components. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and a willingness to get stuck in - experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
*Assemble mechanical and electrical components to specification
*Work across different departments depending on production needs
*Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
*Follow instructions and production drawings where required
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
*Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets
*Conduct basic quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship
Desired Skills (Training Provided)
Experience in the following is beneficial but not required:
*Soldering
*Welding
*Crimping
*General assembly work
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the most important qualities.
Shift Information
*Night Shifts: 15:00 - 01:00
*Monday to Thursday (4-day working week)
*Overtime opportunities may be available
