Job Description:
I am recruiting a HR Business Partner to support the Head of People Partnering and Operations. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive and proactive People and Culture services to stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser and leading various HR initiatives to foster a high-performing culture within the organisation.
Job Purpose:
*Collaborate with stakeholders to address people management challenges and effectively deliver corporate business goals.
*Translate business requirements into effective workforce plans and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives.
*Provide expert advice and guidance on complex People and Culture matters, supporting managers in handling performance, attendance, and employee relations issues.
*Lead change management initiatives including redundancy, restructuring, and TUPE, ensuring legal compliance and good employment practice.
*Manage People data information, improving data quality for line managers and directors, and providing insights through data analysis.
*Act as an ambassador for the CIPHR system, ensuring high-quality HR administration and data reporting.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal frameworks, developing policies in line with current legislation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified to Level 5 CIPD or equivalent experience.
*Degree level educated or equivalent experience.
*Extensive experience in partnership with various stakeholders including managers, trade unions, and external partners.
*Proven track record in delivering responsive and effective People and Culture support at a Business Partner level.
*Strong experience in managing ER cases and change management projects.
*Demonstrable skills in managing People data and systems, including the development of metrics and data analysis.
*Excellent organisational, analytical, and project management skills.
*Strong communication skills, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas to a range of audiences.
