Job Description:
We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, a respected Automotive Dealership based in the Thurrock – Essex area.
The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £53,040 with OTE of circa £55,000 with a 42.5 hour working week, with an alternating shift pattern.
Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.
Benefits:
*Competitive basic salary of £53,040 per annum, with an OTE of up to £55,000.
*Salary rate of £19.00 to £24.00 per hour, depending on experience
*Weekly hours of 42.5, with an alternating shift pattern.
*Opportunities to earn bonuses based on efficiency
*Paid overtime on Saturday mornings at time and a half
*Ongoing training and development opportunities

Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:
*Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
*Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
*Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
*Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements:
*Previous working experience within the role
*Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
*Excellent mechanical knowledge
*A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
