Travel Sales Advisor
Location: Central Glasgow (Hybrid considered)
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 per annum, DOE
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours (Monday–Saturday rota)

The Opportunity
As a Travel Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in designing bespoke holiday experiences. You will handle enquiries, understand customer needs, and build tailored itineraries that include accommodation, transportation, activities, and unique experiences.
This role suits someone with strong sales ability, excellent knowledge of UK & Ireland travel, and a passion for showcasing destinations beyond the beaten track. Hybrid working is available for suitable experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
*Respond to new enquiries and convert them into booked, tailor-made holidays.
*Create personalised itineraries covering accommodation, travel, activities, and local experiences.
*Communicate professionally and warmly with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
*Collaborate with local partners committed to quality and exceptional service.
*Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
*Participate in the team’s 24/7 duty rota (once experienced) to assist customers during trips.
About You
You will bring:
*A minimum of 2 years’ travel sales experience with proven customer service skills.
*Excellent knowledge of Scotland’s geography, with additional understanding of England, Wales and Ireland preferred.
*Fluent English with strong written and numerical accuracy.
*A positive, proactive and fast-learning approach.
*Strong communication and computer literacy skills.
*A passion for UK and Irish tourism and a belief that domestic holidays can match those abroad.
*Team spirit and a willingness to "muck in" when needed.
