CAFM / Data Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Contract: 6-month FTC
Start: Immediate
Location: On-site/ In-person
Driving:Must be able to drive (non-central location)
Hours: 8-5pm Monday-Friday
Department: Estates / Hard Services
Reports to: Head of Estate Services
Overview
A popular and long-established attraction is seeking a proactive and detail-focused CAFM / Data Coordinator to support its Estates team during the rollout of a new cloud-based CAFM system.
This role involves handling high-volume data, ensuring compliance documentation is accurately maintained, and assisting with the smooth implementation of the new system. The ideal candidate will be confident with Microsoft Office, highly organised, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the implementation and migration of data into a new CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
*Collect, organise and maintain compliance documentation covering:
*Gas safety
*Fire safety / fire stopping
*Water hygiene and testing
*Asbestos
*Electrical testing

*Update and maintain both digital and paper-based records with a high level of accuracy.
*Produce clear reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
*Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the Estates Services team and FM Change Manager.
*Assist in creating an on-site procedures manual for Estates operations.
*Support pre-planned and reactive maintenance through accurate tracking and documentation.
*Deputise for the Estates Services Coordinator when required.
*Ensure deadlines are met and workflows remain smooth and well-organised.
Person Specification
Essential
*Strong experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Able to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
*Proactive, willing to learn new systems quickly.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Experience in high-volume administration or coordination roles.
*Team player with the ability to also work independently.
*Must be able to drive due to the rural location.
Desirable
*Experience with CAFM systems or facilities/maintenance administration.
*Previous handling of compliance or Estates-related documentation.
