Job Description:
Interim Head of Manufacturing Engineering
Location: Sheffield - On Site 5 days a week - Full time
Salary: Competitive
6 months - FTC
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a manufacturing company in Sheffield to recruit an Interim Head of Manufacturing Engineering on an initial 6m contract.
Key responsibilities include:
*Provide immediate leadership across teams
*Assess current capability, structure and technical performance
*Drive improvements in OEE, yield, scrap reduction and productivity
*Support NPI / industrialisation programmes
The Person
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on person who can inspire a team while maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence and delivery.
*Proven Head of Manufacturing Engineering / Head of Engineering background
*Strong Lean / CI expertise (Six Sigma, TPM, etc.)
*Experience in a manufacturing environment
*Strong people leadership experience
*Immediately available or short notice
