Key Responsibilities:
*Manage complex customer accounts and drive timely payments
*Collaborate with senior finance leadership on collection strategy and reporting
*Oversee accurate billing processes and support process improvement initiatives
*Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure strong customer service across the team
*Ensure accurate ledger maintenance, cash posting, and customer data integrity
Key Skills & Experience required:
*Proven experience in credit control/accounts receivable
*Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups essential) SAGE experience preferred
*Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
