We work with a diverse range of clients, delivering high-quality signage, vinyl graphics, event installations, and more. We’re currently expanding our team and are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Sign & Graphics Installer.


The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented installer to join our Mitcham-based team. You’ll play a key role in installing a wide variety of signs and graphics to a professional standard, often working on-site with tight deadlines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical mindset and hands-on experience in signage and graphic installations.


Key Responsibilities
*Install a range of signs, graphics, and vinyl to a high standard
*Follow job briefs accurately and deliver work on schedule
*Manage your own workload and daily route planning
*Prepare and maintain necessary tools and equipment
*Conduct on-site installations, rebrands, de-rigs, and maintenance
*Maintain a tidy workspace and provide job completion feedback (including photos)
*Work flexibly, including out-of-hours and weekend projects as needed
*Communicate effectively with team members and clients


Essential Skills & Experience
*4 years of relevant experience in signage & graphics installation
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
*Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow briefs
*Strong understanding of signage production processes and materials
*Comfortable with manual handling and working at heights
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Technical mindset with a hands-on approach


Desirable Certifications
*CSCS
*IPAF
*PASMA


Additional Experience (Preferred)
*Digital signage installation
*Shopfitting & retail POS implementation
*Rebranding & merchandising
*Event & exhibition setups
*Space audits & site surveys
*Signage project management
*Maintenance and de-rigging
