About the Role
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant at our growing Technology & Engineering recruitment consultancy, you’ll work in a fast-paced, rewarding, and supportive environment.
You’ll be given access to warm and active markets, allowing you to gain confidence, develop sales and client management skills, and earn commission from early on.
Full training is provided, so no prior recruitment experience is needed.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
*Source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting techniques
*Guide candidates on their career goals and opportunities
*Match candidates with exciting tech and engineering roles
*Manage the recruitment process from first contact to offer stage
*Work towards achievable targets with coaching and support
