Job Description:

This permanent role offers a competitive salary range and the chance to be a vital part of their Corporate and Commercial team.
Preferred Requirements:
*Draft a variety of corporate and commercial documents and agreements
*Update company books and statutory registers, including submitting filings to Companies House
*Conduct research to address any legal issues that arise
*Carry out administrative tasks such as opening files, conducting client due diligence, and preparing documents
*Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, both remotely and in person
Preferred Qualifications:*A strong academic background and, if appropriate, the completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or an equivalent qualification
*Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with and adopt new technologies and innovations
*Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience with legal research tools (e.g., Practical Law, LexisNexis)
