Project Coordinator
Location: Holbeck, Leeds (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)
Salary: From £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and energetic Project Coordinator to join our award-winning creative experiences agency in Leeds.

Working alongside our Project Managers, you’ll support the delivery of creative projects from concept through to onsite execution, ensuring every detail is managed accurately, efficiently, and with flair.
Whether you’re currently in an admin role looking to grow into events, or already building your career in the industry, this could be your next big move.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will:
*Plan, organise, promote and coordinate event logistics and administration
*Create and manage event registration platforms and delegate communications
*Act as a key contact for delegates, suppliers and venues
*Support budgeting, invoicing and financial tracking
*Maintain project timelines, documentation and communications
*Attend client meetings and travel to events when required
*Contribute creative ideas to enhance event planning and delivery
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Enthusiastic, ambitious and full of initiative
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
*Confident in written, phone and face-to-face communication
*A team player who can also work independently
*Adaptable and calm under pressure
*Customer-focused with a strong work ethic
*Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*Experienced in an office environment (events experience is a bonus!)
*Flexible to work outside standard office hours when required
