Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency)
Location: Brighton, BN1
Salary: Basic £24k - £27k + car allowance + uncapped commission

We’re recruiting for a highly respected, established estate agency with a strong market presence across Brighton and the surrounding areas. They’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Negotiatorto join their dynamic team in a busy and successful office.

Key Responsibilities
*Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
*Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
*Generating valuations and building strong client relationships
*Supporting the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets
*Managing the sales process from offer through to completion
*Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements
*Residential Sales experience (2+ years ideally)
*Local knowledge of Brighton and the surrounding area (preferred)
*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Full UK driving licence
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 18:00pm
Every other Saturday: 9:00am - 17:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
