A leading, well-established Surrey estate agency is looking for a motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join its busy Walton-on-Thames branch.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with solid sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in property, with structured training, support, and genuine progression.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for:
*Generating and qualifying buyer enquiries
*Booking and conducting viewings
*Negotiating offers and supporting sales progression
*Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
*Delivering exceptional customer service
*Working to targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven office

What We’re Looking For
*Sales experience in any sector
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
*Target-driven, confident and self-motivated
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Professional, proactive and commercially aware
