Branch Manager - Estate Agency
Location: Brighton, BN1
Salary: £30-£35k + Commission + Car Allowance (OTE £90,000+ )

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established estate agency brand with a strong presence in Brighton and Hove. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a successfulbranch in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property professionals
*Drive business growth and increase market share
*Oversee valuations, instructions, and sales progression
*Maintain exceptional customer service standards
*Ensure the branch consistently hits KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements
*Experience as a Branch Manager or an Assistant Sales Manager ready to step up
*Proven success in residential property sales
*Confident leadership and people management skills
*Strong local knowledge of Brighton and surrounding areas
*Full UK driving licence
Working Pattern:
You will work a 5 day week including 1 in 4 Saturday’s. You will have a day off in lieu (weekday) when the Saturday is worked.
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am to 5:00pm
