Job Description:
Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Trade Compliance Co-ordinator to join our friendly and proactive Client in the Heathrow area.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities include:
*Being able to determine correct tariff classifications for all supported brands within the Key Account function moving from the EU as required.
*Issuing country specific guidance (for the UK) to the business on additional import requirements for stock products predominantly from the EU.
*Auditing and monitoring entries to ensure they are compliant with local import and export legislation, as well as to support brand KPI audit requirements.
*Help facilitate Imports and Exports of non-stock goods, completing and suppling documents and declarations.
*Liaise with HMRC and assist with maintenance on customs procedures.
*Complete CITES applications.
*Ensure all CITES trackers are completed accurately and constantly up to date.
*Arrange DHL bookings for CITES permits.
*Complete checks for all CITES permits, ensuring they have been issued correctly.
*Immediately report and record any amendments and issues with the CITES permits to the line manager
*Complete CITES Importer Notifications within the instructed time-period
*Ensure all CITES permits are uploaded onto the Kering SharePoint
*Ensure all Brand, Quarterly and Half-yearly reports are completed accurately by given deadlines.
*Complete all Import, Export, Transit, ICS and ENS declarations compliantly in line with regulation.
You will need:
*Confident and outgoing individual.
*3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position or Customs facing role
*Knowledge of control documentation such as IMPROT and EXPORT permits for CITES would be preferable
*Proficient understanding of international trade, import duties, commodity codes, incoterms, preference and valuation
*Experience within customs/trade compliance within a large business or brokerage firm, and an in-depth understanding of UK & EU Customs regulations and documentation
*Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
*Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.
*Be able to organise and multi-task.
*Good time management skills.
*Driver with own transport is desirable.
*UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
