Job Description: Sales Administrator (Estate Agency)
Location: Cobham, Surrey
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator for a busy Estate Agency in the Cobham area of Surrey. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with property sales, and providing day-to-day support to the Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle all property-related administrative duties
*Manage diaries and schedules for the Directors
*Prepare property documents and sales reports
*Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
*Assist in the organisation of property viewings and meetings
*Manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Directors
Skills & Experience:
*Prior experience in an estate agency or similar environment
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure
*Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
