Family Law Solicitor
Location: Stockport
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. The role offers autonomy while working within a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor:
*Managing a caseload of family law matters from instruction to completion
*Advising clients on divorce and financial remedy proceedings
*Handling private children matters
*Dealing with domestic abuse and injunction applications
*Drafting legal documents and court applications
*Attending court hearings where required
*Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care

About you as a Family Law Solicitor:
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
*Previous experience handling a family law caseload independently
*Strong knowledge of divorce, finances, and private children matters
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
