Job Description:
Learning & Development Coordinator
*Location: Kent - Requires occasional travel to other offices
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary: Up to £30,000pa
Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic company who are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join their HR team. This role is crucial for designing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality learning, development, and wellbeing initiatives that align with the strategic goals and culture. The successful candidate will manage the annual People Development Programme and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal audit requirements.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Research and recommend innovative L&D solutions tailored to organisational and individual needs.
*Manage the full administrative lifecycle of training interventions, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
*Act as an internal trainer to design and facilitate engaging learning sessions both in-person and via digital platforms like MS Teams.
*Coordinate compliance-related training and ensure timely completion of mandatory learning.
*Plan and coordinate an annual wellbeing programme, managing the Staff Wellbeing Survey and using insights to shape future initiatives.
*Maintain accurate L&D records in HR databases and the learning management system (LMS), ensuring GDPR compliance.
*Produce and analyse management information reports to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D activities and identify improvement areas.
*Support financial administration for L&D activities, including budget management and invoice processing.
*Assist with the administration of early career programmes, ensuring alignment with group processes and supporting participant progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, capable of engaging confidently at all levels.
*Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, and other digital communication tools.
*Experience in a fast-paced HR environment, providing administrative and coordination support.
*Experience with HR or training databases and report generation is desirable.
*Knowledge of learning management systems and experience supporting apprenticeships or graduate schemes are advantageous.
*Understanding of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles and their application in L&D activities.
