PROGRAMME ASSISTANT
We are supporting a leading higher education institution with the recruitment of a Programme Assistant for its Executive Education team. The role plays a key part in the delivery of open enrolment and bespoke global programmes for senior leaders from the public and private sectors. Working within a fast-paced, internationally focused team, the Programme Assistant will coordinate programme logistics, administration, development, and evaluation, while also providing administrative support to the sales and marketing function. This role supports the institution’s mission to extend high-quality, impactful education to professionals worldwide.

PROGRAMME ASSISTANT ROLE:
*Responding to clients and participants by telephone, email and in person, providing accurate information and first-class customer service, acting as a point of contact for participant and academic enquiries, troubleshooting and escalating as appropriate
*Supporting programme planning and logistics, including room bookings and associated arrangements, producing and distributing participant pre-arrival and programme information, and managing pre-course assessments, reading lists and Moodle updates
*Providing logistical support for programme development and delivery, working with the client’s faculty, professional services staff, external contributors and suppliers, and assisting with on-location support for events such as registration, induction, examinations, graduations, extracurricular and social activities
*Processing and maintaining participant and programme records, producing documentation such as confirmation letters, certificates and transcripts, and collating, analysing and reporting on programme feedback
*Updating programme budgets, processing supplier invoices and expense forms, raising client invoices and drafting contract requests
*Contributing to office management by formulating and implementing new ways of working, collaborating with colleagues in the unit to set appropriate task deadlines, liaising across the school, including senior academics, to confirm materials and explore delivery resources, and meeting regularly to review work and events
*Dealing with sensitive matters with tact, diplomacy and discretion, and leading on discrete projects as they arise within Executive Education
