What you’ll do
*Run our Customer/Hello Hub, owning contractor queries from first contact through to resolution.
*Keep communication flowing through regular engagement calls, pre-starter check-ins, and ongoing wellbeing support.
*Produce clear MI that highlights volumes, trends, and SLA performance.
*Support onboarding, offboarding, surveys, focus groups, and monthly communications.
*Champion inclusion, safety, and the Virtuoso Way across the contractor community.
What you’ll bring
*Experience supporting contractors or contingent workforces.
*Background in helpdesk or case management.
*Confidence handling onboarding or inflight engagement.
*Strong data literacy and SLA awareness.
*Ability to operate confidently
Where you’ll work
*During vetting: primarily Luton, with travel to London.
*Post-clearance: mainly London, plus regular Luton presence and occasional WFH.
