My client, a leading and fast-growing £40m turnover logistics and service business based in Cheltenham, are looking to appoint a talented FP&A Analyst to support their continued expansion and commercial performance.

About the Role
As the FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving financial insight, business performance, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior leadership, you will:
*Produce high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
*Support budgeting cycles and long-term planning
*Deliver commercial insight to non-finance stakeholders
*Analyse trends, margins, KPIs, and performance drivers
*Assist in developing financial models to support strategic initiatives
*Help shape data-driven decisions across the organisation
This is a highly visible role, ideal for someone who enjoys partnering across the business and adding real commercial value.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) - or equivalent experience
*Analytical, curious, and commercially minded
*Confident using Excel and financial modelling tools
*Comfortable presenting insight to senior stakeholders
*Ambitious with a desire to progress as the function grows
Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting within a service or logistics related business is beneficial, but not essential.
