SF Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager for a Coventry based Manufacturing business. This role will be supporting two manufacturing business units. The Finance Manager role is a highly operational, hands-on role with strong business partnering exposure. The role will be reporting to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational finance business partnering across manufacturing operations

* Manage working capital, supplier prioritisation, and cash flow oversight

* Support CAPEX, forecasting, and FP&A activities

* Analyse manufacturing variances, standard costing, and operational performance

* Maintain and review Bills of Materials (BOM) and goods movement cost analysis

* Deliver financial insight and challenge to operational stakeholders

* Support reporting development, including Power BI (desirable)

Candidate Requirements
* Proven manufacturing finance experience

* Qualified or QBE candidates considered

* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, costing, and operational finance

* Advanced Excel skills required

* Confident communicator able to influence operational teams

* Power BI experience advantageous
