Visitor Services Officer
£25,583 to £25,989 pro rata per annum
Grade B
Fixed term contract until 6th November 2026
32 hours per week working Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
We are looking for a Visitor Services Officer to provide a flexible and comprehensive information service at the Broads Authority’s Tourist Information Centre at Hoveton.
The successful candidate will need good knowledge of the Broads and its wildlife. Excellent people skills are essential to communicate confidently with a wide range of people in a warm and friendly manner. IT skills are required to operate the EPOS system for taking payments for bookings and events.
Job share applications will be considered for this role.
The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Thursday 26th February.
Interviews will be held at Yare House, Norwich on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th March.
