Spanish Speaking Administrator (Health & Safety Focus)
Up to £29,000 | Monday – Friday 9-5:30pm – Hybrid (3 days office)
We are recruiting for a Spanish Speaking Administrator to join a growing European business at an exciting time of expansion. This role sits within the Health & Safety function, providing key administrative and coordination support. While experience or exposure to Health & Safety paperwork (such as risk assessments or COSHH) would be beneficial, full training will be provided - the most important requirement is fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Health & Safety and facilities function
*Document control and compliance administration
*Supplier and contractor onboarding
*Supporting risk assessments and compliance processes
*Managing compliance data and reporting
*Spanish language support for compliance and registrations
*Assist with risk assessments, including COSHH and safe systems of work (training provided)
*Administer DSE assessments and track equipment or action requirements
*Track actions and ensure tasks are completed in line with company standards

About You
*Fluent Spanish and English
*Strong administration and IT skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*Confident working with spreadsheets and databases
*Proactive approach to learning, development and problem solving
*Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
*Exposure to Health & Safety administration, risk assessments or COSHH (desirable)
*Health & Safety and First Aid at Work qualification (desirable)
