Sales ControllerLocation: Newbury
Salary: £30,000 Basic | OTE £50,000–£55,000
Hours: Monday – Saturday (day off in the week)
The OpportunityWe are working with a busy and well-established dealership in Newbury seeking an experienced Sales Controller to support the Sales Manager in driving performance and profitability across the department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive ready to step up, or an existing Sales Controller looking for a fresh challenge.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting the Sales Manager with daily running of the sales department
*Driving team performance and ensuring targets are achieved
*Second-facing customers and closing deals
*Managing stock, pricing and vehicle preparation
*Ensuring F&I opportunities are maximised
*Monitoring KPIs including profit per unit, conversion rates and finance penetration
*Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance
The Ideal Candidate*Previous experience as a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Controller
*Strong closing and negotiation skills
*Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
*Commercially driven with strong leadership qualities
*Well-presented and customer focused
*Full UK Driving Licence
What’s On Offer*£30,000 basic salary
