Part-Time Customer Adviser - NG17 Location: NG17
Hours: 3-4 days per week
Pay: £13 per hour
Contract: TEMP TO PERM
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Customer Adviser to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing customer enquiries, handling warranty claims, and supporting project work and general administration.
Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Manage warranty claims from start to resolution
* Liaise with suppliers and provide customer updates
* Support ongoing projects and business improvements
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
* Provide general administrative support
About You * Previous customer service experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
* Able to work independently and manage your workload
