Job Description:
Sales Consultant
*Annual Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE) plus additional monthly bonus
*Location: Outskirts of Chelmsford
*Job Type: Full-time, office-based

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic, friendly, and fun-loving team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by promoting our services to clients in their industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
*Maintain regular communication with our customer database to ensure ongoing engagement and bookings.
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
*Effectively communicate the benefits of our event shows, publications, and awards to potential clients.
*Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective negotiation.
*Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
*Confidently engage with both new and regular clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven track record in sales, preferably in the events, publishing, or related industries.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a personable demeanour.
*Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-driven mindset and focus on targets.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Motivated and goal-oriented, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
*Knowledge of events is a plus but not required.
