Job Description:
Contract Support Administrator
Location: UK
Job Type: Full-time
A great opportunity for an experienced Facilities or Contract Support Administrator to join a well-established Facilities Management provider. You will support the coordination of reactive maintenance and across a busy contract portfolio, ensuring smooth workflow between engineers, subcontractors and clients.
The Role:
*Act as the first point of contact for service requests via phone/email.
*Log, prioritise and manage reactive and tasks using the CAFM system.
*Allocate work to engineers and subcontractors, tracking progress through to completion.
*Maintain accurate CAFM records, asset data, and compliance documentation.
*Issue PPM schedules, book specialist visits, and chase service reports.
*Keep electronic contract files fully audit-ready.
*Support Contract Managers with statutory and compliance administration.
*Raise and track purchase orders in Xero, process invoices, and resolve basic PO queries.
About you:
*Experience in an FM Helpdesk or Contract Support role.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Confident working independently while being part of a wider FM team.
*Essential: CAFM system experience within the FM environment.
*Desirable: Knowledge of MRI Evolution, E-Logbooks, or Ventify.
*Beneficial: Experience raising purchase orders using Xero.
*GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
*Essential: Due to location of the business you will NEED TO DRIVE.
